Trail Description Trails are well manicured and well marked. Almost all trails are shady, a few cross some fields in the sun but still really nice. Footing is excellent.

Campground Very manicured. We have 130 Camp Sites available. Half are electric/ water. Half have sewer hookups. There is plenty of room for large trailers. RV spots are LARGE/OVER SIZE. We can handle your longest and biggest rig. Portable Corrals are $7 per horse per night. Portable Corrals will be set up on your camp site. Covered Corrals are $12 per night. Muck bucket and Trash Can for each site. Most have Fire Rings on them. Fire Wood can be purchased at the RV Park. The cost is $10 per person to ride trails per day. RV spots are $25 for Water /Elect. Per night. $30 for Full Hook-up (sewer) per night. . There is a Bath House at the RV Park. Our Primitive Camping is $10 per night. This gives you access the Bath House. Rooms at the B&B are $75 per night. Some rooms have a King size bed in them and some rooms have 2 twins and 2 Doubles beds in them. We have a Civil War Battle Field on site. Tours of the battle ground can be arranged. Bring your Fishing Pole and fish in our 10 acre pond.

(Gently sloping or level terrain; trails are groomed or wide open; shallow or no creek crossings. ) 
 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
